Institutions affect the economy through the creation of an enabling environment necessary for prosperity and development. Its reform, however, are efforts to change economic policies and rules affecting human interactions, thereby creating an empowering environment for sustainable growth. The reform of three (3) major institutions: healthcare; justice; and education, would drive and enhance sustainable development in Nigeria.
